Home User Onsite

1st Hour £29.99 Then £7.50 Every QTR Hour - Qualified Windows Engineer will do most things you need doing install components etc. We generally find that most problems are fixed within the hour.
Home Network Setup £59.99 - On Site: - Set up to 4 network devices + printer share
Lost Data Retrieval From £49.99 - Off Site: - If you've lost some of your data DO NOT USE THE PC TURN IT OFF and then Please Call and we'll advise you about what we can do about it. We can only retrieve data at the software level software level Note:Lost Data Retrieval is not covered by OCM PC Supports No Fix No Fee
Virus Removal From £29.99 - Off/On Site: - If your PC been infected by a virus depending on the type we may be able to remove it on site but most of the time its an Off site job if we are unable to remove the virus without leaving your installation of windows running smoothly then we would either do a full Windows Installation or our System Restore package.
Broadband Setup £59.99 - On Site: - Your service provider may have given you a new shinny box that they say just ‘Plug and Play’ and it connects you to the Internet they should say that you just ‘Plug and Pray’ that it connects you to the Internet so if your having problems connecting to the Internet.
Then stop! before you add your self to the other 3% of PC users why put yourself through the stress when we can get stressed for you and after we've fixed it we'll configure your broad band connection and get you connected to the Internet safely and securely + Set up to 4 network devices + printer share
Desktop Support Service From £29.99 - On Site: - If you are having problems printing, applications not working properly, saving documents, BSOD Blue Screen Of Death, error messages after using an applications, programs not opening, Microsoft operating system problems etc then we can help.
New Site Install or Relocation From £29.99 - On Site: - If you want your new home pc installed or moved then we can do it for you or if your a business moving premises then we can help you relocate your PC/Network for you.

Home User Off Site Only

Windows Installation £59.99 - A complete installation of windows OS, OS updated with latest patches/fixes. Windows OS Software not supplied - If you want data saving then you will require the System Restore package other wise All your existing data will be lost!
Windows Upgrades £44.99 - Upgrading windows OS to a new version of Windows OS - updated with latest patches/fixes. Windows Upgrade OS Software not supplied.
System Restore £79.99 - Complete Windows OS Installation including data back-up (upto 10GB extra GB charged @ £1.99 per GB) and restore See System Restore

Free pickup and delivery service within the Colchester area (typically a 5 mile radius) Otherwise charged @25p per mile.

OCM Business Support Charges

If your Business is using windows server then you will be charged at the following rates below.
1st Hour £39.99 Then £10.00 Every QTR Hour
Half Day Engineers rate up to 4 hours - £159.99
Daily Engineers rate up to 8 hours - £279.99
Windows Server Installation - Please Call....Small projects usually take 1 to 2 days. Windows Server OS Software not supplied.
Office Network Setup - Please Call....Dependant on number of devices etc
Lost Data Retrieval From £49.99 - Off Site: - OCM are only able to carryout Data Recovery at the Software level.

All work carried out by OCM is guaranteed for 30 days unless stated otherwise on the receipt. The guarantee is voided if settings have been changed or incompatible hardware has been installed into the system.

*For any PC to be 100% secure it would have to have no ability to connect to any network and then the owner would have to watch the PC all the time day and night 24/7 365 days of the year! to make sure no one but them had any access to it. Hiring someone else to watch your PC while you sleep isn't 100% Secure... So is it Possible now?
