OCM Home User No Fix No Fee policy means that in the unlikly event the OCM engineer does not possess the necessary technical knowledge or is unable to resolve the problem or effect the repair, then no charge will be made to the client for the visit except from a small charge (£9.99) to cover travel time of the Engineer + petrol expense and for the reasons outlined below.
- The OCM engineer is able to resolve the problem or effect the repair, but is prevented from doing so by the client requesting that the engineer does not proceed with the work.
- The OCM engineer is able to resolve the problem or effect the repair, but is prevented from doing so because the client does not possess the required software CD-Rom or Product Key.
- The OCM engineer provides a clear and precise diagnosis of a failed component and the client decides not to proceed with the replacement of the component.
- Then the customer is charged for the engineer's time spent to that point Miniumn Visit Charge (£39.99)
- The OCM Home User Computer Repair No fix No fee policy does not apply to work relating to data recovery, computer virus or spyware/malware problems.
