All our engineers all work to a strict policy that they will not baffle you with technobabble instead they will explain to you in simple clear terms what's wrong with your PC and how to go about making it better..... although if you would like them to explain it in geek we're sure their love to.
Your engineer will provide you with an accurate estimate to the total cost of the PC repair before carrying out any work and may advise it would be better to have one of our pre set packages instead of the hourly rate. Some of the Services OCM PC Support offer will require the PC to be taken off site to be fixed i.e Full system restore, Windows OS installation etc.
